Hello there! I'm Sheena, a Dental Hygienist with a decade of valuable clinical experience. I earned my Dental Hygiene degree at Algonquin College, where I discovered that Ottawa is truly my home. Over the years, my skills and passion for dental care have grown exponentially.

Beyond my professional life, I take immense pride in being a parent to two amazing children and two furry feline companions. My lifelong passion for learning fuels a diverse range of hobbies, from gardening and fiber crafts to thrilling motorcycle rides and unforgettable scuba adventures.
